Turning adversity into an opportunity! At 32, I had a burn out. Now I am, alongside facilitating leadership development and executive coaching, helping individuals, teams and organizations with their (mental and physical) wellbeing. Extremely grateful that I can now help other people from experience.
As a starting manager my director truly believed in me, had my back and was a great mentor. Taught me that as a manager you do not need to have all the answers, that it is okay to be vulnerable, that leading others starts with leading yourself!

Quite simple; it’s fun and a wonderful opportunity to work together with three passionate people, all wanting the same and bringing different, complementing qualities to the team. I feel together we can achieve a lot.
To create safe and happy bubbles for people to come home to. A space and a place in which they can be themselves, can flourish and bring their best. In more formal language, it’s about inspiring people to connect with themselves and with others, in order to create a better understanding. In a business context this takes shape through developing leaders.
In short, all I can to contribute to the growth of people and organizations. I love the creative bit around designing and developing change- and development programmes that work. I enjoy facilitating those, train leaders, coach people.

Quite a few. For me those would be people like Mandela, Tutu, Malala Yousafzai and Boyan Slat among others. One of the most inspirational leaders for me however was my father. His way of being with people, making time for young and old, regardless of background, position and role in society combined with his humility are an example to me.

Do you recall those magic moments when you feel high energy and confidence that you are doing the right thing? That was the moment as I met my today’s TEC partners. We were full of energy, highly motivated and ready to take risk and question everything around us.
It turned out that we are sharing same values and are ready and willing to go on a live-long journey to change the world for the better. Living real partnership, always collaborating for the best of clients, staying together when it gets tough, taking courageous decisions, respecting each other and having fun together.
Finally, the deep believe that we owe this to our children and the generations to come.
Connect with people, understand and support them to live a courageous and happy life.
There is no coincidence in life. Our (conscious or unconscious) decisions have taken us there where we are today. Resulting in all the consequences, our successes and failures in private and business life. That means we can influence and change whatever we believe in. We need to learn to listen and trust our inner voice to find our way. Being courageous, not allowing anything or anyone to stop us.
“I am because you are!” As simple as this! We are all linked and interdependent. Search for who is “I am”. Hopefully you will find out that “I” is always a share of “us”. Always giving our best, whatever we do, make sure appreciation and purpose drives all your thoughts, believes and behavior.
