Turning adversity into an opportunity! At 32, I had a burn out. Now I am, alongside facilitating leadership development and executive coaching, helping individuals, teams and organizations with their (mental and physical) wellbeing. To create safe and happy bubbles for people to come home to. A space and a place in which they can be themselves, can flourish and bring their best. In more formal language, it\u2019s about inspiring people to connect with themselves and with others, in order to create a better understanding. Quite a few. For me those would be people like Mandela, Tutu, Malala Yousafzai and Boyan Slat among others. One of the most inspirational leaders for me however was my father. There is no coincidence in life. Our (conscious or unconscious) decisions have taken us there where we are today. Resulting in all the consequences, our successes and failures in private and business life. That means we can influence and change whatever we believe in.
