Maar met de juiste benadering, het juiste proces en juiste op maat gemaakte aanpak is het slagingspercentage een stuk hoger. Gelukkig maar! Met maar een slagingspercentage van maar 30% bedenk je je misschien wel twee keer om een intern gemotiveerde verandering door te voeren.<br><br>Waar we door onze jarenlange ervaring het wel over eens zijn: Elke verandering levert pijn op. Te weinig, te laat, verwarrend, tegenstrijdig.<br>&#8211; Onvoldoende leiderschap en blijvende betrokkenheid van topmanagement.<br>&#8211; Top down benadering.<br>&#8211; Focus op de bovenstroom (de harde kant van de verandering) en nauwelijks aandacht voor de onderstroom (de zachte kant, gedrag). Verandering raakt altijd mensen, van nature geneigd vast te houden aan bekende routines. De praktijk is vaak weerbarstig, schuiven organisatieveranderaars vaak pas aan als:<br><br>&#8211; De verandering al stokt, er (grote) weerstand is onder de medewerkers.<br>&#8211; Ziekteverzuim omhoog, retentie laag, brieven naar HR\/OR en zelfs\u2026.vakbonden.<br>&#8211; De cijfers slechter worden, fouten toenemen, klanten ontevreden worden.<br>&#8211; Vertrouwen tot dieptepunt gedaald is. \u2018bondjes\u2019, klaagcultuur, demotivatie en roddelen.<br>&#8211; In het ergste geval zelfs saboteren\/vertragen van veranderingen.<br><br>\u2018Voorkomen is beter dan genezen\u2019, gaat hier altijd zeker op. Vanuit achterstand een transformatie doen laten slagen, vergt veel van een organisatie. Dit gaat o.a. over structuren, processen, systemen. Transitie is de onderstroom, de menskant, de gedrags- en psychologische kant van verandering. Deze zijde blijft vaak bij organisaties onderbelicht, waardoor transformaties onvoldoende resultaat opleveren, vertragen. Voor een succesvolle transformatie moet volledige aandacht zijn voor de \u2018change\u2019 kant, en voor de \u2018transitie\u2019 kant. Change + Transitie = Transformatie (organisatieverandering).<br><br>In Nederland is er een tendens dat organisatieveranderaars vooral \u2018systemisch\u2019 kijken naar veranderingen, het zogeheten \u2018eco systeem\u2019. De gedachte is dat wat een individu teruggeeft, iets vertelt over het gehele systeem. Deze lens is wat ons betreft niet compleet. Wij zoomen ook in op het individu, het \u2018ego\u2019 systeem, dit vanuit de invalshoek van gedragswetenschappen.
