Through interviews and document studies we create a clear understanding of the current context: Culture, values, strategy, current systems, metrics, people, job profiles, existing materials, solutions and more.<\/p>\n

Together we define the \u2018ist and soll\u2019. We look through the lens of organizational development to ensure that the context is such it supports learning. But also, to assess whether learning interventions are the right interventions. <\/p>\n

We build a blended learning journey with interventions, and design learning materials and train the trainer materials as needed.<\/p>\n

The interventions themselves are such that transfer to the workplace is smooth: most of the learning takes place on the job or is tightly linked to the job.<\/p>\n

To ensure a successful delivery we help all leaders and staff from the company who will take on an active role in the co-delivery of the program, to prepare themselves. We set them up for success. <\/p>\n

The delivery itself is done together. We believe in leader-led and aim for building internal capability so an organization can continue to deliver various interventions also after we are gone. <\/p>\n

Learner engagement is at the heart of all we do. We believe that only if a learner is truly engaged, there is a positive Return on Investment. Only then they will display the requires behaviours and apply all they have learnt in the workplace. <\/p>\n

It is our believe that we are on the right track to \u2018crack the code of human change\u2019. This is reflected in what we develop and how we conduct our journeys: personal, with high engagement, serious yet fun, surprising, confronting. And based on latest insights out of research. <\/p>\n

Learner engagement is a mutual responsibility. It starts long before the actual delivery dates involving senior leadership as sponsors, direct managers, and the communication department. <\/p>\n

It is about creating relevant and fun learning journeys, but also about commitment from the entire organization, even beyond learning and development.<\/p>\n
