Our journey started when we, four experienced, passionate professionals met on a totally different topic. We discovered similar ideas on the importance of developing and enabling people to create great and responsible organizations. Organizations that are able to anticipate on the ever-growing challenges of today’s VUCA world.
This would require a different approach towards learning and
development (L&D). Different to what many of us have experienced so far in this industry. A strong belief that the approach to L&D should change, be more effective and accountable, to ensure lasting impact and successful transformations. Resulting in more value for money for the customer.
The day ended with a totally unexpected outcome: we decided to found ‘The Enabling Company’.
